Sales & Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and target-driven individuals to join our Sales & Customer Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for replying to customer inquiries, providing product information, converting leads into confirmed orders, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so professionalism, patience, and clear communication are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages and calls on WhatsApp & phone in a professional and timely manner
- Share product catalogs, price quotations, and confirm order details (color, quantity, design, delivery address)
- Label and track leads properly for follow-up
- Handle customer objections and close sales confidently
- Prepare memos/invoices and coordinate with production & delivery teams
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the company professionally during customer visits and video calls
Required Skills:
- Sales Knowledge: clear understanding of the sales process and customer psychology
- Communication Skills: ability to speak politely and confidently (Bangla & basic English preferred)
- Problem Solving: handle objections and convert “No” into “Yes”
- Organization: properly label and follow up customers without missing any lead
- Tech Familiarity: comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
Qualifications:
- HSC / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory if skills are strong)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: BDT 10,000 – 22,000 (based on skill and performance)
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)
